Today I made cannabis infused coconut oil and used some of the oil to make thc gummies.
Both the oil and the gummies were simple to make. The gummies actually taste good, I do still taste the cannabis in them, but it’s not overwhelming and easy to enjoy!
For the oil I used –
1 cup coconut oil
39 grams of decarbed flower
In crockpot on low for 6 hours
Followed by straining the flower from the oil
For the gummies I used –
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup infused oil
1 tablespoon lecithin
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 package of flavored Jello
Silicone molds
Dropper
Saucepan
Whisk
Mix together and boil on low for about 15 minutes making sure it’s mixed well.
While still warm, I used the dropper to fill the silicone molds then put in the freezer for 30 mins and allow to air dry overnight
I found this to be extremely simple recipe and it’s the 1st time I made the gummies and was easy.
