Last month, we conducted an FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) inspection on the G150 production line, which is about to be shipped to South Africa. We usually create an FAT report and record trial videos before the final shipment, then send it to the customer to confirm that our machines meet the highest quality standards. Of course, we also welcome customers to visit our factory and participate in the acceptance process!
This G150 production line has a capacity of up to 60,000 gummies per hour and also a perfect choice for producing CBD, THC, Vitamin, and other types of gummies.
To meet the customer’s specific customization requirements, this production line has only 1 storage tank, water tank, and pumps in the cooking part. Since the customer already has their own cooking solution, it works perfectly with our storage tank to improve production efficiency and save costs.
Normally, a fully automatic production line’s cooking section would include 2 jacket cookers and 1 storage tank. Additionally, if you need to produce gummies made from Gelatin, an extra cooling tank would be required.
